Matthew has called the Fraser Coast his home for the last 23 years, married 18 years with 2 daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 4 grandkids, Matt wants to assist his community and build a better service for everyone.

Katrina is a mother of 4 and also has 3 grandchildren, she has been part of the Fraser coast community for the past 12years, she has lived experience in disability and NDIS. Katrina has a passion for helping others and believes everyone deserves to live their best life. Her favourite Quote is “Small steps, are still steps to a better tomorrow.”

Kelsey is a mum of 2, with lived experience in disability. Kelsey is a strong advocate for participants in their employment goals, as everyone is equal and worthy of being in the work force. When not working, Kelsey loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys fishing, camping, swimming, coffee dates and going on adventures to different places. Can’t forget all the girly things as well!

Aaron is a Father of 3, he has been on the Fraser Coast for the past 10 years, He has a passion for Classic cars, his interests include Fishing, Boating, Camping and 4wding. Aaron loves his role as a support specialist as it is such a rewarding career.

Tascha is an outgoing 22year old who relocated to Hervey Bay 3 years ago from South Australia.

She is a musician on the weekends and enjoys all performing arts and any hands on activities such as sports and crafts.

As a support worker, Tascha enjoys helping people find more confidence in themselves and motivation for a fulfilling life.

Noah is 25 years old and has lived in the Fraser coast area for 3 years.

He loves sports and games; He also really enjoy the cinema and music.

Noah believes being a support worker is the best job because he gets to make a difference in people’s lives.

Blake has called the Fraser Coast his home for an accumulative 12 years in total. He was a chef in Brisbane in a past life and is a volunteer at M.A.C.E. and wants to assist his community in building a better future.

David is Married with 3 children, His interests are Cooking, Music, Movies, Entertaining Family and friends and making people laugh. He is Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and meeting loves meeting new people.
